Information – Nihilum Dolls

Disclaimer

Please note that our dolls are made entirely by hands of one author, including final polyurethane resin casts, doll assembly and customization.

There may be some minor imperfections in the finisted doll (i.e. tiny bubbles in some parts that are not normally visible; little specks caught in the resin during the casting process; or slight color and/or texture discrepancy in spots that were sanded – those may sometimes be found on the inside of doll body parts).

These imperfections do not affect the overall outer appearance of the doll in any substantial way. We always try our hardest to make creations of highest quality.

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Google Pay for international orders. All payments are processed in rubles (RUB) securely through Tinkoff Bank’s payment form. Currency exchange information on our website is for your convenience only and does not fully represent the final price.

When you complete a payment, your bank will automatically convert your currency into RUB at a current exchange rate with a small fee (usually 1% – 3% of the total sum). Please bear this in mind when placing an order and refer to your bank for additional information and specifics about exchange rates.

Payment

Nihilum Dolls does not use PayPal as a payment method at the moment. We accept Western Union transfers and bank wire transfers for international orders. These transfers are usually associated with fees so please refer to your bank/Western Union office for information about additional charges.

When you place an order with Nihilum Dolls, we will provide payment details to you by email, so please make sure it is correct.

Pre-Orders

While all customers may purchase items from stock, only registered customers may place pre-orders at Nihilum Dolls. Pre-order dates will be announced on our Instagram and Facebook pages.

Once you register an account, you can visit our Shop to see items currently available for pre-order. Dolls may be paid off in four separate installments (as in a layaway), however accessories need to be paid in full when you place an order. It will take no less than four months to complete the doll and/or accessories and ship them.

To secure your place in a layaway, first payment for the doll must be made at the moment of purchase, and it is not refundable. However, you can pay off each subsequent part (2nd, 3rd and 4th) whenever you like in a four-month period. We will be able to ship pre-ordered dolls after a full four-part payment has been made.

You can track pre-order paymens that you made in your personal account in My Orders section. If you have any questions about pre-orders or need to add a very specific custom request, please contact us first before placing an order.

Pre-Orders

For the time being, most sales from Nihilum Dolls are going to be from stock but if you have a certain idea for a unique doll in mind, please contact us by email, on Instagram or on Facebook directly.

However, a layaway option is available if you choose to purchase a doll from Nihilum.

The maximum duration of a layaway is four months, the first minimum payment to secure your doll is $100 (it can be more if that’s convenient for you in terms of payment schedule). You can pay off each subsequent part (the minimum amount is, again, $100) whenever you like in a four-month period. The layaway duration can be shorter if you choose so. We will be able to ship the doll after a full payment has been made.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping is free of charge for all orders and to all countries!

Dolls and accessories will be shipped by regular airmail with a tracking number within five business days after a full payment has been made.

For any questions regarding shipping (if you need an express shipping, for example), please contact us before placing an order.

Sometimes shipping times may increase due to unforseen circumstances at postal exchange, hence shipping may take from one month up to five months. If items are not delivered after five months however, we will be able to issue a full refund or make a new doll and/or accessories for you.

You can send dolls and/or accessories back to us within 14 business days after delivery. However, you will have to pay return shipping costs and these are non-refundable. If you wish to return items, first please kindly contact us via e-mail for instructions.

Local customs, duties, and taxes are paid by the customer. Nihilum Doll House is unable to determine what your country may charge you for these fees.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping is free of charge for all orders and to all countries!

IMPORTANT: Dolls will ship from Russian Federation. Due to this country still waging an unjustified war against Ukraine, shipping to certain counties is unavailable, namely some EU nations (Poland, Finland, Lithuania, Switzerland, etc.), Australia and Pacific Islands, most South American states, and all sanctioned states (Iran, North Korea etc.).

This list is not complete and can change anytime, so please carefully consider your options and shipping availability in your country of residence.

Payments are processed securely through Tinkoff Bank’s payment form. Nihilum Doll House does not store your billing information in any way.

You may register an account at our website and provide your name and other personal information for your convenience to facilitate further orders. Registration is entirely voluntary and you can place a regular order without it. However, you will need to register an account to pre-order dolls and items from Nihilum Doll House.

Nihilum Doll House will not, under any circumstances, disclose, sell, trade, or rent your personal information to any third parties.
