Please note that our dolls are made entirely by hands of one author, including final polyurethane resin casts, doll assembly and customization.
There may be some minor imperfections in a finisted doll (i.e. tiny bubbles in some parts that are not normally visible; little specks caught in the resin during the casting process; or slight color and/or texture discrepancy in spots that were sanded – those may sometimes be found on the inside of doll body parts).
These imperfections do not affect the overall outer appearance of a doll in any substantial way. We always try our hardest to make creations of highest quality.
Payment
Items in the shop are priced in Euro (€). At the moment, we handle all types of payments through PayPal. Currency conversions are handled by PayPal systems during the payment/checkout process.
Layaway & Pre-Orders
There is a 2-month layaway payment option available, to be completed in two equal parts (50/50). Nihilum Dolls will send you invoices manually to the email you provide during checkout, to be paid via PayPal.
The first part of the payment must be completed within 5 business days after placing an order.
The second part of the payment must be completed within 30 business days after the first payment (approximately 6 weeks).
Unfortunately, a longer layaway is not available for the time being.
Shipping & Returns
Standard, tracked shipping of dolls and accessories by regular airmail is free of charge to most countries and regions of the world. Express shipping is available for an additional fee. Some restrictions apply, as outlined below.
United States: Regular postal shipments from Serbia, where Nihilum Dolls operates, to the United States are temporarily suspended due to uncertainty with the U.S. postal tariff policy. The only shipping option that is available at the moment is DHL Express. Price of delivery is calculated at checkout.
Middle East: Postal traffic from Serbia to Israel, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) has been temporarily suspended.
Other destinations: Nihilum Dolls has deemed it impossible to ship dolls to such high-risk destinations as Russia, Belarus, China, Iran, and some others.
If you cannot select a shipping destination country during checkout, then shipping to that country is currently unavailable.
Dolls and/or accessories will be shipped within five business days after a full payment has been made. Local customs, duties, and taxes are paid by the customer. Nihilum Dolls is unable to determine what your country may charge you for these fees.
Shipping times may sometimes increase due to unforseen circumstances, hence delivery may take from one month up to six months. If items are not delivered after six months however, customers are eligible for a full refund, or, alternatively, for a substitution of lost shipments (discussed directly with a customer).
You can send dolls and/or accessories back to us within 14 business days after delivery. However, you will have to pay return shipping costs and these are non-refundable. If you wish to return items, first please kindly contact us via e-mail for instructions.
